What to Expect from Therapy

I have found that often what clients need the most is a therapist who cares deeply for them, listens, and accepts them where they are and who they are at that moment. As the therapist, I work with you, the client, to create an environment that is safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental, and together we build a strong therapeutic relationship in which you will able to explore and process your thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and feelings, and discern the ways you desire to change, heal, and grow.

Therapy is a collaboration, so we will create the map and make the journey together.
